SPRING IS COMING AND MARCH IS MY FAVORITE MONTH

As the world awakens from winter's embrace, March emerges as a month of renewal and celebration. For me, this time of year holds a special significance, not only because it ushers in the arrival of spring but also because it marks my birthday.

March is a month that truly shines, both figuratively and literally. The longer, sunnier days bring a wealth of benefits that nourish our mind, body, and spirit. Basking in the sun's warmth can elevate our mood, boost our vitamin D levels, and infuse us with a renewed sense of vitality. It's a time to step outside, breathe in the fresh air, and embrace the vibrant energy of the season.

This March, I am thrilled to invite you to a free workshop focused on balancing hormones naturally for women over forty. On March 1, we will come together to explore holistic approaches to achieving hormonal harmony. Through shared experiences and practical insights, we will empower one another to navigate this beautiful phase of life with confidence and grace.

As we welcome the arrival of spring, let us revel in the joys of March. Whether it's celebrating my birthday, soaking in the sunlight, or gathering for my upcoming workshop, this month offers a wealth of opportunities to nourish our well-being and connect with like-minded individuals. I look forward to sharing this journey with you and witnessing the magic that unfolds in the days ahead.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT MENOPAUSE

Menopause can often sneak up on you. Some women do get perimenopause first, where you experience some menopause symptoms prior to actually having menopause. This is actually a good thing because you have this for about a year before menopause, giving you plenty of time to adjust to the changes in your body.

When menopause arrives, you may have any combination of symptoms or no symptoms, depending on your lifestyle. Some women have severe hot flashes, while other women don’t have them at all. You might have weight gain, especially around your midsection, or you may be able to keep weight gain away. It all depends on what adjustments you make to balance your hormones and keep your metabolism efficient.

You can go through menopause at different ages, but the majority of women will have it occur between 45 and 55. Some women have it much younger, starting with perimenopause first. Other women luck out and last until 60 or older before going through menopause. The average age for experiencing early stages of menopause is about 51 years of age.

FREE ONLINE WORKSHOP: FROM HORMONE CHAOS TO BALANCED NATURAL MENOPAUSE

For you or someone you know:

Do your hot flashes have you pulling your sweater on & off all day like a lunatic?

Have you stopped being able to see your feet because of the stubborn extra weight on your belly – and you’re NOT pregnant?

Are hormonal imbalances giving you debilitating headaches?

Menopause might or might not be the root cause.

Symptoms like extreme hot flashes, mood swings, fatigue, and stubborn weight gain are usually thought to be tell-tale signs of menopause.

They’re thought to be just your body telling you that it’s shifting into a non-baby-making phase in its reproductive life.

BUT Menopause is a beautiful, natural process, and feeling scattered, extremely fatigued, bloated, or at the mercy of your body’s temperature fluctuations are not normal signs of menopause.

There’s something else going on.

If you’re ready to stop suffering…

If you’re ready to get your energy, confidence, and libido back…

This Workshop is for you.

My complimentary Workshop "From Hormone Chaos to Balanced Natural Menopause" is happening on March 1, 2025, at 4:00 pm EST via ZOOM.
