My Own Story

As a fitness instructor, holistic health coach, weight management specialist, and nervous system regulation trainer, I have supported hundreds of women over the years towards achieving their fitness goals.

For many years, I exercised daily, and tried to eat "healthy" - but after the age of 40, losing weight seemed practically impossible, no matter what I did.  I hated the way I looked, and I was constantly exhausted. In addition, I was going through an identity crisis after my children left home.  Menopause happened. I was feeling lost and hopeless.  And then, I discovered a health transformation framework! 

My body image issues were resolved.  I lost 45 pounds. My biomarkers changed from dangerous to excellent, my mood improved considerably, my stress levels went down, and my energy skyrocketed. Now, I am a health coach helping other women over 40 achieve the same results.
