NEW YEAR'S ZERO RESISTANCE HABITS CHALLENGE
What's the point of making yet another New Year's Resolution that never gets accomplished, I thought.
After "trying my hardest" year after year to get my bad habits replaced with good habits, I gave up on that hope, and I convinced myself that for me "New Year's Resolutions" were just wishful thinking.
But then, I discovered ZERO RESISTANCE habits!
I discovered that I don't have to tell my mind that "I am trying my hardest" and getting nowhere, but instead, I can train my mind to do it the EASY way and get to where I really truly want to be.
That gave me the hope I needed to try again (but without lying to myself and to my mind).... and within the first 3 months, see my resolution become my reality.
To get my new habits installed with ZERO resistance, the main belief I had to shift was that change is hard, that I have to work hard, that it takes lots of willpower and "no pain no gain."
Through the ZERO Resistance Habits System I was able to shift my belief to a new identity which allowed me to do what I had set as my resolution automatically and with ease.
This shift is what I love doing most for my clients.
